FRP cable tray information:

 

FRP fireproof cable tray with cover is a new style product on the basis of manufacturing steel cable tray.It's high mechanical strength,good insulation property, hemical corrosion resistance, fire retardant. So it's widely used for laying cables in petrol, chemical, textile, light industry, metallurgy, machine, electric power, telecommunication, underground garage and 

national defence project. cable tray is adequate for laying electric cable, controlling cable, lightening wires, air-powered, solvent-powered cable, which are below 10kv.

 1.  Bends, Risers, T Junctions, Crosses & Reducers can be made from wire mesh cable tray straight sections flexibly in projects.

2.  Trays shall be supported at a maximum span of 2.5m by trapeze, wall, floor or channel mounting methods and will not exceed maximum loads as specified by the manufacturer.

3.  Wire Mesh Cable Tray systems can be safely employed in places where the temperature ranges between -40°C and +150°C without any change to their characteristics

1. Each ends of cable trays should be connected by 6 holes when the height is 50-100 mm; when their height is 150-220 mm, holes should be 12.

2. Support distance: it should not be more than the support distance and load capacity allowed by load curve.

3. Width of cable trays: some remarkable room should be served when you choosing the cable trays width, in order to add cables in the near future.

4. Laying separately: when electric cables and controlling cables are few, they could be laid in the same cable tray, as long as they are laid separately by clapboard.

5. Fixing cables: when collecting cable trays are laid horizontally, connections among trays should be set on 1/4 of skip distance, horizontal cables should be fixed every 2 meters, and vertical cables should be fixed every 1.5 meters.
