We control the quality do 4 inspections point,   and there are special quality tester to inspect every inspection point, and make sure good quality of the supplied valve

Standard Test
Body Test:
1.5 times the working pressure with water. This test is performed after valve assembly and with disc in half position open, it is called as a body hydro test.
Seat Test:
1.1 times the working pressure with water.
Function / Operation Test:
At the time of final inspection, each valve and its actuator (Flow-Control Lever / Gear / Pneumatic Actuator), under goes a complete operating test (Open/Close). This test carried out without pressure and at ambient temperature. It ensures the correct operation of the valve / actuator assembly with accessories such as solenoid valve, limit switches, air filter regulator etc.
Special Test:
Special Test: On request, any other test can be carried out according to special instruction by client.

we have 4 sets of hydraulic test equipment, All of the supplied valves shall be inspect by the manufacturer for mechanical test, hydraulic test.

Packing & Delivery

Packing Details  :  

As usural, the supplied valve be wrapped by the air bubble film , cloth, plastic film,  plywood cases, paper box etc. 

We will make the packing according to size and kinds of valve or requirements from buyers.

Valves greater than DN 500 shall be packed individually. Two valves may have the packing joined provided the combined weight does not exceed 3 tonnes. Valves (up to DN 300) may be placed together provided that the packages do not exceed 4 tonnes in weight and individual valves are prevented from moving within the package. Each box shall be clearly marked with  buyer‘s name, order number, valve size and class.

The following documents shall be included in suitable wrapping and shall be enclosed with the shipment:

 Packing list

 General arrangement and catalogues

 Operation and maintenance manual as applicable

 Installation instructions
