The multi-turn valve devices is referred to as Z type intelligent integrated devices, which is a driving device for opening, closing or adjusting the valve. This type of device is suitable for gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, plunger valves, throttle valves, sluice gates, etc. It can be used for both open and deep rod valves.

This series of device has the features of full function, reliable performance, advanced control system, small size, light weight, convenient use and maintenance. It can implement remote control, centralized control and automatic control of the valve, which is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, paper, sewage treatment and other industries.

The performance of this product complies with the provisions of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices". Ex-proof performance meets GB3836. 1-2000 "General requirements for electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres", GB3836. 2-2000 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres, part 2, Ex-proof type "d"" and JB /T8529-1997 "Technical conditions for Ex-proof valve electric devices".

Multi-turn devices are classified according to the type of protection: outdoor type and Ex-proof type.

According to the control method: conventional type, intelligent integrated integration type and intelligent integrated regulation type.

According to the connection type, there are torque type, power station type and thrust type.

 

 
 
This product is a flameproof electric actuator
Explosion-proof motors are mainly used in coal mines, oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical industries. In addition, it is also widely used in sectors such as textiles, metallurgy, city gas, transportation, grain and oil processing, papermaking, and medicine. As the main power equipment, explosion-proof motors are usually used to drive pumps, fans, compressors and other transmission machinery.
Motors can be divided into flameproof motors, increased safety motors, positive pressure motors, non-sparking motors and dust explosion-proof motors according to the principle of explosion protection.

1.Voltage:Conventional valtage, three-phase 380V(50Hz)

Special valtage, three phase 660V, 415V(50Hz, 60Hz);

2. Working environment:

 Ambient temperature: -20~+60℃(special order-40~+80℃).

 Relative humidity: ≤95% (at 25℃).

3.Type of protection: Outdoor type for use in locations where there are no flammable, explosive, and non-corrosive media. There are two kinds of Ex-proof products: dI and dIIBT4. dI is suitable for non-mining working face of coal mine; dIIBT4 is used for factory and is suitable for explosive gas mixture of environment IIA, IIB grade T1~T4. 

4. Protection level: IP65 (special order IP67).

5. Working system: short time 10 minutes (Special order for 30 minutes short time).
