The shuttle type shelf is generally a tray as a storage unit, and is a more advanced space use scheme, which is suitable for the first-in-first-out and advanced-out operation modes. The specific implementation process is that the forklift puts the shuttle car and the cargo into the required working channel. Through the remote control, the shuttle car independently completes the lifting and driving action of the cargo, and sends the pallet to the designated position. The location of the stored tray is identified by the sensor. During the tray access process, there is no contact between the trays. The shuttle-type shelf is characterized by high utilization of warehouse space and good system stability, and is especially suitable for storage of large-volume and single-category goods such as food and beverage, cold storage, fast-moving consumer goods and third-party logistics industries.
Features
When loading, the pallets are placed at the front of the racking tunnel rail by forklift. By the radio remote control operation, the shuttle carries pallets running on the rail of racking.
2.Pallet-picking:
When Picking, the shuttle carries pallets from deep side to the front side of racking, the pallets are to be picked from the racking by forklift.
