1.Firstly, remove the outer bushing 1 from the thread limit mechanism and install it on the ejector plate, and then install it on the thread limit mechanism again;
2.Connect and fix the catapult ejector pin with the thread limiting machine, or connect with the ejector pin, and thread through the plate B to fix the front catapult ejector pin;
3.Install the mandrel. Before installation in all steps, firstly accurately calculate the required stroke, and then intercept the length of the mandrel, machine the connecting groove, and fix it on the moving mould baseplate through the cushion block;
4.Note that the calculation should be accurate before installation, and the ejection stroke cannot be adjusted after installation;
5.The movable parts must be kept clean and lubricated regularly to keep them smooth.
