Encoding Grading Perforating applies to cable transport perforation work, and it can accomplish all the layers’ perforation work in one trip. Surface equipments include grading perforation control panel, portable detector and grading perforation software. Downhole equipments include cable head for grading perforation, CCL, sliding sleeve, roller connector, perforation gun, anti seismic gamma tool, perforation pressure gauge, selective electrical switch. The surface control panel and software cooperate with downhole devices to achieve encoding selective grading perforation.
FeaturesSeveral layers’ perforation is accomplished in one trip with single core cable dropping down.
Two way communication is achieved between downhole electric switch and ground. Electric switch state can be checked.
Each downhole electric switch is checked by software.
