The following is the specific introduction:
Main engine includes base,upright,top plate,oil drip pan,nut and etc which is one of the main parts. When the oil material is put into the assembly of the press boring,then it being driven up by the oil cylinder piston ,oil will be outflow from the gap of press boring,and then pass the oil drip pan to the drum for oil storage.

Structure:
This oil process machine mainly includes four parts:
1. Main engine 2. Screw system 3.electrical system 4.L-type feeding system
oil filter system
The oil filter system specifically filters the oil and can be directly consumed after vacuum filtration
L-shape oil cake feeding system
This is a fully automated screw oil machine. Raw materials enter the hopper directly from the automatic seed feeder oilcake enters the oil cake tank through L-type feeding system and start second press control the biggest oil yield.

We use wooden boxes to pack the machine, which can reduce the wear and tear on the machine, thus protecting the machine. If the customer has their own needs, we can customize the packaging according to the customer's requirements.
After-service:
1). The equipment guarantee period is one year, During guarantee period, the seller will provide maintenance free service.(Except the breakdown and destroy caused by person and force majeure)
2). After receiving the inquiry for repairing the engineer of sell party will solve by phone and email, if necessary the engineer will go to solve the problem on the spot, the buyer should pay daily salary $100, also pay technical visa cost, round trip tickets, rooms and meals.
3). During the quality guarantee period, if it is the quality problem (except easily damaged parts), the cost for maintenance and replace will be borne by sellers.
(1)The damage caused by person and force majeure;
(2)The damage caused by improper operating;
(3)The damage caused by reforming, decomposing assembling.
5). Paid service will be provided for the long term after guarantee period.
