Mica fiber has honeycomb porous structure. It makes the fiber specific surface area increased, capillary core absorption effect improved, so as to improve the surface performance of fiber. It has characteristics of moisture absorption, perspiration, and quick drying.
With the improvement of living standards, people are becoming more and more demanding for clothing comfort. In the hot summer, wearing a "cold" functional clothing has become more and more necessary.
Mica fiber has good thermal conductivity, water absorption and adsorption. The heat transfer rate is 5 times higher than that of polyester. High hydration of mica (i.e. high moisture), could also lead to the cooling effect. All of these make the nano layer mica become a new cooling material.
