SN Series Corn dehuller with polisher is the ideal machine for the corn processing factory to polish 

the large corn kernel. It performs great on hulling and polishing effect, low power consumption, 

high producing rate, has a  dust sucking blower, high sealability, and there is no powder leakage. 

Specifications :

    HNLY SN series double-wind corn peeling polisher is the suitable device in polishing 

the big pieces of corn. With a suction machine itself, it has good efficiency of polishing, small power consumption, high quality of production.Good sealing performance and dust-free.

     The machine’s main characters:  it can make the most ideal white rice of grain only once. The finished rice is bright and clear. It also has low-temperature, less broken-rice. The husks

 can wholly be separated from rice. The machine has characters of high working-efficiency and saving power. Because the husks may be sent from chaff outlet to chaff container to collect and give off by inhale fan, the working environment is improved greatly and dusts are decreased fully. Husks also would be inhaled once again by inhale fan to get more white and clean rice when white rice flows out.

 Note:  To ensure the husks of the wheat and maize easily to be removed away, you must wipe the grains with a wet cloth before milling. (i.e., the grain need to come up to standard moisture content. )

This machine is mainly adapted in small grain workshop and medium grain plant; Large and longer hulling and polishing box , rotated eight-angle sieve; It can work alone and also in the line.
