Animal Feed Crusher for Grains
This crusher mill can grind all kinds of materials into small particles suitable for pelleting. Corn, sorghum, grain, legumes, broke cake pellet and other materials are all applicable.Building in rotor, grind the raw material with no dead angle, finished products would be more even.
1. Frequency Conversion Feeder
The frequency is changing in real time according to the raw material amount in the crushing chamber, and the feeding speed is self-adjusting, to make the grinding for the grains full efficiently.
2. Crushing Chamber
There are several pcs hammers and shaft inside this chamber. The high speed hammers make the grains into powder, and there is screen in the bottom of the chamber. Adjust different hole size screen to achieve different size powder.
3. Main Motor
Super quality motor, Simens motor can be customized.
4. Bearing
Famous super quality bearing for our machine.
5. Base
Strong base to suport the other units of the crusher.
