Introduction:
This plantain drying machine is widely used for dehydration of vegetable, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, heavy industry materials and products. Such as vegetables, fruits, fishes, medicines, Chinese herbs, particles, granules, packing bottle, pigment dyes, sausages, plastic resins, and baking finish etc.
Features of plantain drying machine:
1. It is made of stainless steel 304 inside to make the food safety and carbon steel outside for the frame. Or completely 304 stainless steel.
2. Stainless steel trays with size of 640x460x45mm. It can be with holes or without holes. The holes diameter is from 2-10mm.
3. The material of heat preservation: fiberglass cotton with thickness 80mm
4. There are one air fan for this model for circulation. The power is 0.45kw for single phase and 0.75kw with 3 phases.
5. There are heating tubes for heater with 1kw for each tube.
6. Heat source: Electricity, Steam or Gas.
7. Temperature is from 50℃ to 150℃ for steam and 50℃ to 350℃ for electricity.

Packing & Loading of plantain drying machine
1.All machines, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden casefor exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.
2.If all the machines are shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in our factory by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.
