Raw material :

The raw materials for charcoal production can be straw, twigs, bark, scraps of furniture factory, sawdust, bamboo sawdust, peanut shells and corn cob. It is a good thing for environment protection and the reuse of agriculture wastes are also advocated by the government. We has developed a new set of charcoal production line, which helps a lot on environment protection.

1,Crusher

If the materials is bigger than 5*5mm ,smaller than 200mm ,there is necessary to crush the material into 5*5mm for further processing.     

2, drying machine

If the marterial’s moisture is above 12%,the drying machine is needed to dry the moisture from 12% to 6%-8% before the material ( e.g.sawdust ) is put into Briquette extruder machine.
The productivity can be designed as the requirements from customers
This machine is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal stick
It is equiped with the autocontrolling heating system.
The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace,etc for warm in house.

4. Carbonizing machine

this machine is used to carbonized the half-product into finished product .It is equiped with hyperploid high temperature steam cooling system ,and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production 

Packing

We send the machine picture which you order . then packing it with standard export wooden box after you confirm machine is ok .
Different machines package will different . we supply standard export wooden box ,carton box package . if big machine and production line machine it will be loaded in the container directly

1.Delivery by sea :After delivery it to seaport . will tell you the shipping time and addrive time . Finally , send all origin documents to you by Express for free .
2.Delivery by Express to your door (DHL/TNT/Fedex/UPS etc ) or by air to your city airport .Will tell you the Express tracking number
