Tuning Fork Type Level Switch

  Tuning fork level switch is designed and manufactured according to the vibration principle of tuning fork. It drives the tuning fork bar through the piezoelectric chip on the base of the sensor bar of the tuning fork level switch, and receives the vibration signal from another piezoelectric chip. It circulates the vibration signal and makes the induction bar resonate.

It is suitable for measuring medium density solid powders or particles that can flow freely, and for almost all liquid media.

It is not affected by foam, eddy current and gas. It is suitable for all kinds of bunker solid material level and fixed position alarm or control of liquid level in various containers.

Long service life, stable performance, safety and reliability

No need to adjust: It is not affected by dielectric constant and density of measured medium, so no need to adjust on-site no matter what kind of liquid is measured.

Maintenance-free: The detection process of tuning fork switch is completed by electronic circuit. Five movable parts need not be adjusted on site once installed and put into operation.
