Vacuum asbestos tile forming part:
This Machine is the most advanced asbestos tile making machine in the market after the long time experience in manufacturing and marketing. It can be used to produce asbestos tiles, calcium silicate panel,FC pannel and other decorating plank. The whole machine adopts PLC automatic control system and pneumatic theory. It has the highly automatic and only needs 7 people per 8h. Scientific design,elegant shape and convinent maintenance.
Control system is Mitsu programmable controller FX2N-64MB and Panasonnic transducer VF-8Z, and VFO elements.The whole actions of the machine are fully controlled by PLC. This control system can have the automatic operation,hand-operation,debuging functions.Its program can be set as three tiles or two tiles or one tiles in one mould.At the same time it sets multi-level protection such as over-heat, overcurrent and so on
