This Vacuum frying machine is mainly to process fresh vegetable and fruit. It adopts the high technology low temperature vacuum frying and can make the fruit and vegetable drying in a short time which can keep the material fresh, good shape,good taste and also keep the nutrition of material.
The fried vegetable and fruit through this machine are low in sugar,salt ,fat and energy and so on
Introduction to low temperature vacuum frying machine
1.Generally change the oil for half a month or one month.
2,If the steam heating: the steam consumption of the frying machine for 50kg/h(zk-500) /80kg/h(zk-700) (steam generator customer owned)
3, Customer owned: steam generator, external power supply, water, materials, oil, etc.
