Introduction of wheat Pneumatic vacuum Conveyor
RB series Rice Pneumatic vacuum Conveyor can be used to convey granular materials horizontally, slantly and vertically such as rice, wheat, corn, soybean, sorghum, barley malt, plastic pellets, chips, resins and other granular.This kind of Rice Pneumatic vacuum Conveyor is an advanced material handling equipment. It is composed of high pressure blower, air flow control valve, separator tube, air locker, connecting pipe, suction nozzle and conveying pipelines and other components. It can convey by positive pressure or suction by under vacuum circumstance. It can also conveyed by both positive and vacuum pressure at the same time after a simple combination.
Rice Pneumatic vacuum Conveyor is widely used in handling materials in bulk loading, bulk conveying, bulk unloading, silo to silo, stack to stack in grain, farm, railway stations, docks, grain processing and brewing industries. When using this equipment to convey grains, RB grains have been selected and dehydrated.
Working principle of Wheat Pneumatic vacuum Conveyor
The working principle of pneumatic vacuum rice seed conveyor is negative pressure air stream generated by the high pressure blower though the suction nozzle, suctioning the materials into the hose tube, then materials through the separation tube, air and material separated, material fell off into the air locker downward, then materials will be conveyed to the required place by positive pressure air flow. The air separated will go into the blower through the separator tube (RB-20 and RB-30 through the dust collector).
