       The machine is applied for pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, magnetic material and powder industries, representing a new generation pulverizer which combine crushing with dust absorption and continuously discharging. 

u Working principle of  commercial grain grinder

    The machine is composed of crusher, cyclone separating device, pulse dust absorption box and blower, etc. 

  The machine is working by relative movement of rotation disc and fixed fluted disc, making the material be crushed. The crushed material is fed into cyclone separating device by rotating centrifugal effect and gravitation of blower and get out via discharger. The dust is fed into dust absorption box and recycled via filter, the fineness can be regulated by changing the sieve. The whole machine is designed according to GMP standard, made of stainless steel, without any dust suffusing.
