Features:
Automatic temperature control, 0-300 degrees can be freely adjusted, equipped with manual clutch, to prevent the material in the cage from being manually released when a sudden power failure occurs, so as to avoid waste.
The parts in contact with the equipment are all stainless steel, including upper and lower hoppers, rotating cages, receiving trays, outsourced to stainless steel plates, and the main frame is carbon steel.
Each cage can be fed 100kg each time, and the baking time is about 40-45 minutes.
1, high quality. GGMHK-0 is made of all stainless steel. Other models, all food contact parts, internal rollers, upper and lower hoppers are made of stainless steel. The frame and body are made of carbon steel. If all stainless steel is needed, it can be customized.

Application:
Mainly used for baking peanuts, peanuts, peanuts, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds, swallowed beans, coffee beans, melon seeds and other granular nut foods. This machine uses coal (which can also be made into electric heating type, fuel oil, or gas infrared catalyzed combustion type) as the heat source, and uses the principle of heat conduction radiation to bake materials; when baking, the baked goods are not in contact with pyrotechnics during the baking process. The baked material is continuously pushed by the spiral piece in the drum to form an uninterrupted rolling, so that the heat is evenly distributed, and the baking quality, color and taste are effectively ensured.
