Cashew nut processing machine needs to be selected according to customer output.

1.The function of the cashew production line:
1) Cashew nut washing machine: wash the cashew.
2) Cashew nut grading machine: separate the cashew into several grades.
3) Cashew nut steam cooker: boil the cashew so that you can shell the cashew easily.
4) Cashew nut shelling machine: shelling the cashew.
5) Cashew nut separator: separate the cashew nut shell and kernel.
6) Cashew nut drying machine: dry the kernel so that you can peel the kernel easily.
7) Cashew nut peeling machine: peel the kernel and then get the clear cashew nut kernel.
8) Cashew nut sorting machine: separate the nuts into different grades.
9) Cashew nut packing machine: pack the kernel into small bags or vacuum bags .
1.cashew nut cleaning machine(different model):
This machine can use for washing the cashew nuts.
2.cashew nut grading machine(different model):
The difference size of walnuts is uneven. In order to improve the integrity rate of shell-opening rate, it is generally divided into 3--5 grades.
It also can customize according to customer requirements.
3.cashew nut steam cooker machine:
The skinned cashews are graded and then cooked using a cashew cooker.
A space is created between the shell and the nuts to facilitate the next step of shelling.
4.cashew nut shelling machine(semi-automatic,automatic):
The cashew nut sheller is a special cashew machine that removes the cashew nut shell.
The cashew nuts should be firstly sized according to their width or divided into 3-5 grades by a classifier.Each sheller has six inlets. The feeding action is completed automatically.
It is easy to operate and high in efficiency. It is a good choice for processing cashew nuts.

5.cashew nut separator:
This machine mainly use for separate the nuts shell and seed,such as:almond, walnut, hazelnut palm and so on.
6.cashew nut drying machine:
cashew nut roasting machine is mainly used for baking or drying peanuts, peanuts, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds, broad beans, coffee beans, seeds and other granular materials.Baked products are of good quality, hygienic and tasteful, and can meet export standards.

7.cashew nut skin peeling machine:

8.cashew nut sorting machine:
This machine is used for the classification of cashew nuts.
It can be divided into different specifications of nuts, and it is easy to divide the nuts intact.
