Product Description
We can design different recycling line for you according to your request:
1) parallel bale opener can process the PET bottle packages from 100~600kg, more safety
2) roller sorting machine: separate the impurities out from the PET bottles, such as metal, sand, etc.
3) label removing system: use the gearshape blades to peel off the labels from the bottles body, removing ratio>98%
4) sorting table: detect metal automatically for crusher protection, and separate the PVC bottles out manually after a UV-detect device.
5) Crusher: the bladesquality is good, wearable and long life.
6) Screw feeder: spiral convey and wash the PET flakes by the friction force in the special structure.
7) friction washing machine: three friction force here for washing during the high speed rotating: rotor and flakes, steel sieve with flakes, flakes and flakes.
8) Float washing tank: keep washing the materials continuously, subside the PET flakes, float and push out the labels,caps and rings.
9) Dewatering machine: dewater the flakes by the rotor with high rotary speed, humidity ratio<2%
10) Drying system: adopt electricity heating and blower for drying the flakes, humidity ratio<1%
Main Features

c. Metal detector is optional for you which used to take out any kinds of metal from the PET bottles.
d. Specially designed PET bottle crusher machine can easily get high output and with water doing wet grinding can extension the blades use life, reduce the dust generation.
e. High speed dewatering machine and the drying system can guarantee the final PET flakes moisture <1%.
