Work principle of rice husk carbon furnaces


Continuous carbonization furnace is the latest product of my factory.Mainly uses electric energy technology,in the conditions of high temperature semi-anoxic, make the moisture in the raw material, wood vinegar and wood tar discharge to make its carbonization.

The whole process, the carbonization temperature is controlled by the manual adjustment of charring stable quality, simple operation, convenient and easy to learn. Yield size can be customized according to customer demand.
