1.Mainly features of the chalk making machine
1. Slaked lime mixer, power on ,then fill in the water. the rate for the slaked lime and water is half to half.
2. The mold should be luricated enough. and should be lubricated for every cycle.
3. Each model has 808 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 6 minutes.
4. When the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet chalk come off from the model, then dry in the sun.
5.The packing should be completed by handwork.
6. The shape can be round, rectangle or star shape.
7. The length of the chalk can be from 70mm-100mm
2.School Chalk procedure
1. Lubricating the moulds with oil uniformly.
2. Supplying water: step on the supplying switch,then the water in the pail can be
auto-matic put into the agitation vat..
3. Pouring gypsum powders. Putting the quantitative gypsum powders into the
agitation vat and close the cover.
4. Mixing the material. Switch on the power switch and mix materials about 10-20 seconds.
5. Filling the moulds. Open the switch in the bottom of the agitation vat and then make
thematerials pour into the mould.
6. Pushing out the chalks. Turn the mould in reverse and put the tray into the mould,
then rotate the ejection structure to push-out the chalks.
