Introduction of drum log chipper shredder machine
The wood chipper is used for processing wood logs or tree branches into 20mm-40mm wood chips for various wood products industries and plants. Known as wood cutting machine, it belongs to wood processing equipment series. Wood chipper is widely used in particleboard mill, medium or high-density fiberboard factory, biomass power plant, wood pellet plants and other industrial production factories.
The raw material is wood logs, timber harvesting, processing residues (such as branches, twigs, planks, logs cores, waste veneer, etc.), it can also be used for cutting non-wood materials (such as sugar cane, reed, bamboo, etc.).

the thickness of last pieces is 1.5mmto3mm,longth and width is 10 to30mm.

The working principles of the wood chipper shredder
The main parts of the drum wood chipper include: machine rack, the blades rollers, double feeding rollers, the transmission belt and the hydraulic buffer system. The blades roller in the crushing room is connected with the electric motor by the transmission belt. The raw materials is clamped and transmitted to the crushing space by the feeding system, then crushed by the fast rotating blades on the roller frequently. The larger wood chips will be processed for several time before discharged from holes on the screen. At last, the wood chips with flat incision, even length, uniform thickness are discharged.
