This Wood Peeling Machine suitable for various kinds of tree, with feature of high output and easy operation.

Operation of wood debarker machine:
a. Put the log and tree branches into the rotary drum,close the feeding baffle,then start the machine,with clockwise operation,the cutter will strip wood skin.
b. Fifteen minutes later,stop the machine,open discharging baffle, then start the machine and counterclockwise run two minutes,the peeled wood can be automatically sent out by roller.
Application of wood debarker machine:
1.This is one type of the most advanced log barker which is application to many different trees, such as polar tree, willow and etc.
2.The rate of barking is high, and almost won’t damage the wood.
3.It has a strong ability to barking when the log is not completely straight.

Instruction of wood debarker machine:
1. Check if each running part is strong and combined firmly.
2. Adjust the chain and add lubricating oil.
3. Check the running direction of the knife: face to the feed, the knife should running as clockwise.
4. Adjust the space between each knives and keep an eye on the mill knife. We will send you instruction book after your order.
