Mainly use wood sawdust and shaving or other scrap wood as raw materials,mixing with glue
in an certain ratio,extruding wood block by hot press heating pressure.The final wood block can be used as tray and foot pier replaced log.
The pallet foot pier hot press motor drives oil pump to produce h hydraulic thrust, electric heating panel are heat source and mold molding to extrude wood shavings block.
Whole process needs four machines: crusher, dryer, glue blender and hot press machine.

Introduction of Wood Pallet Block Making Machine
It is used to turn the wood waste such as sawdust, wood wools into the pallet feet which is for the transportation pallet. The final product could get the E1 grade.
The pallet feet could be solid without hole in the center, also could be hollow.
Besides, you could customise the mold for other shape wood waste compressed products.
--Usage: This wood sawdust block making machine is used to make blocks/feet/log for pallets, which is can be used in packing industry and logistics(transportation);
--Raw Material: Sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, waste wood, used pallet and so on,also the glue(urea formaldehyde resin);
--Block Size: Mainly 75*75,80*80,80*100,80*120,90*90,100*100,100*115,100*120,90*120, 145*145 etc and can be customized.

Work flow of Wood Pallet Block Making Machine
a, Crushing the wood, branch, wood waste into sawdust, wood shavings or wood wools (or you have the raw material already);
b, Drying the raw material to 8% (solid block) or 10%(hollow block);
c, Mixing the raw material with glue;
d, Pressing them in the wood pallet block machine;
e, First cutting the product from pallet block machine into bar;
f, Second cutting the strip into the single blocks.

Equipment disposition: Generally four hot presses are a production line, must provide the dryer, the gluing machine, grinder each. (dryer, gluing machine, grinder and so on supporting facility customer buys in addition).
Personnel disposition: Production personnels 4-5 person of/classes. And raw material sort (screening), drying, spreads 2-3 people, looked that machine 2 people (a person may look at two machines).
