I. Description of chicken plucking machine
quail plucking machine is to pluck and remove the hairs or feathers on the chicken,duck,goose,and other poultries. It is made of stainless steel,this chicken plucking machine is roller type,7 rollers,the chain drives the rollers move with each other and finally pluck and dehair the feathers on the chickens,ducks and geese.the distance between two rollers is adjustable to fit for chickens or ducks which are with different sizes.
II.Feature of chicken plucking machine
1,it is made of stainless steel and galvanize.
2,7 rollers,with high efficiency and good working effect,with capacity 500pieces per hour,
3,there are semiautomatic and automatic type,semi-automatic type :the final plucked chickens comes out by kicking the pedal manually.automatic type is unloading the final finished chickens automatically after the set time finishes.the automatic one needs to be equipped with air compressor.
