pallet wrapping machine use the LLDPE stretch film/wrapping film as packing
material.The machine is widely used to wrap tray or pallet goods.This type machine can pack different shape goods.Take the advantage of the nerviness and autohension of the film,fix the goods and pallet together.So that the goods will never bale off or fall down.To protect the machine from dust,damp,damaged,and scattering.Also after wrapped with pallet,the goods is easy to carry.
Pallet wrapping machine features:
1.PLC Microcomputer programmable control.
2.Wrapping layer,times,and strengthening layer can be adjusted 0-9 layers.
3.LED display screen.
4.Simply press the run button,can complete the whole packaging process.
5.Jacking System is the latest international level with High tensile strength and transport structure. Tension is big, long service life, no noise, no fuel.
6.Optoelectronic switch,measuring the height of the goods automatically.
7.Selected electrical control components, high reliability.
8.Operate by hand or itself.
9.Turntable is Soft start and slow stop adopt frequency control to avoid the goods fall down caused by inertance.
10.You can adjust tension of the film according to the characteristics and your needs.

Control System
