The making process of potato chips making machine :

this processing line is full automatic operation ,

This production line can produce Potato Chips & Sticks, also can produce French Fries,

we will offer different formulas with machines.


The basic chips are cooked and salted; additional varieties are manufactured using various

flavorings (often salt and vinegar, cheese and onion, BBQ sauce or salt) and ingredients

including seasonings, herbs, spices, cheeses, and artificial additives.

Main Features

1. Features of the Machine
1) Potato washing and peeling machine: washing and peeling potato at one time.
2) Potato cutting machine: can cut the slice and stick shape, and the size of the thickness can be adjusted according to the customer's demand from 2-10mm.
3) Blanching machine: do rinsing and color protection of the potato chips.
4) Dehydrator: Remove extra water of the potato chips.
5) Fryer: has exact temperature of the oil, can make the potato chips tasty.
6) Oil removing machine: remove extra oil.
7) Automatic seasoning machine: seasoning the potato chips evenly.
8) Vacuum package machine: vacuum packing, can avoid break of the potato chips

If clients can not install and operate it, we will send the drawing or send engineer to install and train the staff to use it.

5. Potato frying machine

heat the oil to 170 degrees Celsius, then put the dehydrated potato chips into the frying machine for about 1.5 minutes, french-fries about 5 minutes
