This fermenter is widely used in the fermentation of beer, liquor, wine, milk, acetic acid, microbes, etc.Fermentation system:
1) Glycol cooling jackets on both cylinder and cone
2) Inner wall stainless steel 304, 3mm; surface SUS 304, 2.0mm
3) Dome top, conical bottom 60-72 degree, top manway
4) Insulation: polyurethane 100mm
5) Inside 360 degree CIP washing ball; Inside polishing 0.4-0.6 micron.
automatic pressure relief,working pressure: 1Bar, testing pressure: 2Bar
6) with thermowell and pressure sensor&gauge- safety valve- vacuum valve 3 legs with adjustable bolts

Ribbon polished for the welded place.
Conical top/ Cylinder/ conical bottom/ shell jacket(one or two sections) / bottom jacket / insulation both on shell and bottom / with adjustable legs.
