Sausage and Meat Smoke Oven
Introduction:
This equipment is a concentration of cooking , drying , smoking , coloring ; which integrates automatic smoked furnace , mainly used in meat , smoked fish product process , usually also have smoked furnace drying , baking , cooking ,etc can , generally use the provide heating heat source such as steam , electricity or gas . Smoked furnace can realize mechanization , electrification , continuous production , greatly improve production efficiency ; it is smoked furnace production process is simple , easy to operate , the smoking of short time , low labor intensity polluting the environment , and the product of anticorrosion , fresh and prolong the shelf life .
Specification of Sausage and Meat Smoke Oven:
1.Fully automatical electricity control, temperature and humidity curve can be seen.
2.Steam valve can control the steam flow with accurate temperature control,and the temperature tolerance of the whole oven is less than 2 Celsius.
3.The fan will keep the temperature equilibrium of the oven by rotating 3000r/min, 25m/s air speed4.Smoke generator unit by using smoke of wood grain, smoke is stable, color fastly, and enter the smoke box body clean and health.
5.The oven with the function baking,drying,stewing and cooled smoking and hot smoking and so on.

1.With cooking function, good recirculating air system, maximum to protect boil effect and
casting yield;
2. Can choose low or high speed cycle program, up to best circulating effect;
3. Adopt timing control, core temperature timing control two forming to control boiling craft ,
increase optimal energy control procedures, low energy consumption;
4.Monitor furnace temperature, avoiding too high temperature;
5.Multiple types temperature sensor can be choice by client;
6. Adopt high quality stainless steel drawplates, insulating layer adopt imported polyurethane
thermal insulation material, thermostability, wear-resisting, thermal insulation properties very
good.
