1. function
1. The machine adopts blister, surfing, hair roll(or roller) and spray water flushing in ascension.
2. There were four pillars body hairbrushes that press materials to remove the long hair. The mesh belt ascension place has the spray pipe,which can clean the raw material.
3.The structure of the machine can be adjusted to the characteristic of the fruit and vegetable you want to wash.
Put the raw material into the sink, then they are fully scattered, tumbling clean, and transmission under the power of high pressure water flow and the action of bubbles.
The Sediment will sink into the bottom isolation warehouse from the materials' surface. And it won't produce any pollution more. The debris floating in the water will be collected by the net holes.
We also have vegetable cooking machine,cooling line, air drying line and other ancillary equipment.
It is an ideal equipment in vegetable and food processing and catering industry.
2.Machine application
