Introduction of rice glue balls machine
Tangyuan(rice glue balls) is a kind of traditional food in China.
Originally named Yuanxiao is the Sui Dynasty (581-618 A.D.), it used to refer to the Lantern Festival, a day celebrated with rice glue balls.
It now has a history of over 700 years. In old times, January 15th on Chinese lunar
calendar is called the night of Lantern Festival. This food is much favored by people.
With its connotation of reunion and good luck, even the overseas Chinese, thinking of
their relatives far away on festive days, will never forget to eat the lard “Tangtuan”
on the Spring Festival, looking forward to reunion and delivering their homesickness.
Application of rice glue balls machine
In addition to the main production of dumplings ,can also make pumpkin pie,cakes,
sweet buns, avoid sub packages, simple operation, easy to master. It is also profession
and ideal pasta machines for a hotels, restaurants, enterprises, schools, troops and
other public canteens.
Process of rice glue balls machine
1.Put 5Kg glutinous rice powder into the machine, add 2.25kg boiling water, put into the mixer
machineto mix evenly, use hands to press the dough into flat square, thickness within 20_25
mm,then put into the feed hopper to processed.
2.Grinding powder, should press wet sanding powder dry, take a third of rice steamed 89
mature, put into the mixer machine, combine one/two third wet rice noodles, plus a third of
dry rice flour and mix at the same time, use hands to press powder into a flat square, 20-25 mm thickness ,processed into the feed hopper, after forming, dried 10-20 minutes later, it is ready to pack.
