Brief introduction of fruits processing cleaning machine
Fruits processing cleaning machine is used to clean and separate surfaces attachments of raw materials. The machine adopts bubble rolling, scrub, spray technology, simulate artificial cleaning action and effectively avoids the touch, bumps, scratches in basic cleaning, improve work efficiency. Suitable for all kinds of fresh vegetables, fruits, salted vegetables, mushrooms, seafood,etc.

1. Use of three cleaning combinations, i.e. air bubble, cycle surfing, high pressure spray, to ensure that vegetables or fruits get a full range of thorough cleansing.
2. Suit for those central kitchen or vegetable processing industries which deal with washing vegetable leaf/root, sea products and fruits etc.
3. Discharge action is enhanced by the convey hoist on which high pressure spray washes vegetables again.
4. Flow adjustment valve next to the machine keep control of the vegetables’ forward speed, so that it’s easy to operate.
5. Conveyor belt is made of imported PP mesh, which meets the standard of food-grade. It’s also easy to clean.
