Introduction of fish gutting machine:
The machine can cleaning the fish at one time,it combined the scaling and gutting and washing,no damage to the fish and high efficient
This machine is used to gut the fish. it can unrip the fish belly and gut the fish viscera automatically. The fish viscera will be discharged through the hole.
The machine has functions of scaling the fish, gut the machine and clean the fish.
The fish viscera will be cleaned totally and will have no damage on fish guts. The machine can be equipped with the blade to separate the fish into two fillets( One is hard piece, the other is soft one) if you need. It is widely used in fish market, hotel, restaurant, super market, fish processing factory.
Working process of fish gutting machine:
1.Put the fish orderly into the inlet, the rolling brush spindle forward transport fish, in the course of transmission, roller brush on the fish's scales are removed.
2.Below the cutter opening belly fish, dig and offal, fish in the rolling process, the circular slot above the high pressure spray systems,
In the process of to scales, put off the scales and internal organs is rinsed clean.
3.Final adoption of the conveyer belt transporting fish.
4.Processed fish, clean scaleless fish, offal all cleared directly for further processing operations.
