Structure: Vacuum Mixer is composed of frame, mixing barrel and electric box. Adopts excellent SUS304 stainless steel, meets HACCP healthy demands.
Control: Control panel with function keys or PLC control.
Features:
1. Two kinds of paddle shape, helix paddle and elliptical plate paddle. Double paddles
improve mixing effect and working efficiency.
2. Computerized auto control. 99 recipes could be restored. Temperature display is available.
3. Under Vacuum state, products was mixed sufficiently and agitated by two paddles.
Application:
Vacuum Mixer is suitable for mixing and processing different kinds of meat and stuffing.
