This machine is mainly used for sewing Simmons mattress. It can finish the edge seam between mattress fabric and wall cloth. It is also suitable for sewing other mattresses, blankets, sofa cushions and sleeping bags. The machine head can be raised and lowered automatically to adapt to sewing mattresses of various heights. Frequency conversion clutch motor is used to drive the walking box and the head. The automatic deceleration of the rotation angle is convenient and easy to control. The head adopts sliding rod to take up the thread, and there is no shuttle bending needle to draw the thread, which forms a chain trace. The upper and lower axles are driven by synchronous toothed belt, and the lever needle-type needle pitch adjusting mechanism is adopted.
