Brief introduction of [Steel Ball impact Test device]
The test device is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of 4.2.5 and 4.2.6 of GB4943.1-2011 standard. The sample is placed on the horizontal test board and its shell is subjected to the impact of a steel ball to examine the extent of damage caused by the sample. This device is easy to operate and practical.
Technical parameters of [steel ball impact test device] (not customizable)
1. Horizontal planks comply with GB4943.1-2011 clause 4.2.6;
2. Horizontal board size: 1m (long) X1m (wide) (see figure 2 below);
3. The thickness of horizontal wood board: it is composed of at least 13 mm thick hardwood on two layers of plywood, and the thickness of each layer of plywood is 19-20mm.
Maintenance and regular maintenance of [steel ball impact test device]
Maintenance:
In order to prevent electrical shock, please do not lift the lid of the instrument. All parts in this instrument need not be maintained by the user. If the instrument is abnormal, please seek maintenance from our laboratory. The attached circuit and block diagram are for reference only.
Regular maintenance:
The AC power supply, input power cord accessories and so on must be carefully checked and checked at least once a year to protect the safety of the user and the accuracy of the instrument.
