This product is cellulose carboxymethyl ether sodium salt, anionic cellulose ether, white or milky white fibrous powder or particles, density 0.5-0.7 grams/cubic cm, almost odorless, tasteless, with hygroscopicity. USES:
In detergent, CMC can be used as anti-fouling redeposition agent, especially for hydrophobic synthetic fiber fabrics, anti-fouling redeposition effect is significantly better than carboxymethyl fiber.
CMC can be used to protect oil Wells as mud stabilizer and water retention agent in oil drilling. The amount of each well is 2.3t for shallow Wells and 5.6t for deep Wells.
Used in textile industry as sizing agent, thickening agent for printing and dyeing pulp, textile printing and stiff finishing. Used for sizing agent can improve solubility and viscosity, and easy to desizing; As a stiffening finishing agent, the dosage is above 95%. Used as sizing agent, the strength and bendability of the sizing film are improved obviously. The glucose biosensor made of regenerated fibroin and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is characterized by high sensitivity and stability. The results show that the best chromatographic performance is obtained when the CMC solution with a concentration of about 1%(w/v) is used to prepare the silica gel homogenate. CMC has adhesion to most fibers, which can improve the bonding between fibers, and its viscosity stability ensures the uniformity of sizing, thus improving the weaving efficiency. It can also be used as finishing agent for textiles, especially permanent anti-wrinkle finishing, which brings about changes in the durability of fabrics.
CMC can be used as a coating agent, emulsifier, dispersant, leveling agent, binder, can make the solid parts of the coating evenly distributed in the solvent, so that the coating is not stratified for a long time, but also a large number of applications in the paint.
CMC is more effective than sodium gluconate in removing calcium ions as a flocculant and has a capacity of 1.6 ml/g for cation exchange.
CMC is used as paper sizing agent in papermaking industry, which can obviously improve the dry strength, wet strength, oil resistance, ink absorption and water resistance of paper.
CMC is used as hydrosol in cosmetics and as thickener in toothpaste, and its dosage is about 5%.
CMC can be used as a flocculating agent, chelating agent, emulsifier, thickener, water retention agent, sizing agent, film forming material and so on, also widely used in electronics, pesticide, leather, plastic, printing, ceramics, toothpaste, daily chemical and other fields, and due to its excellent properties and wide range of USES, and constantly develop new application areas, the market prospect is extremely broad.
