Features:

1.    Applying special formulated solvent based adhesive makes the finished products bonded firmly, durable, breathable, soft and washable.

2.    Special engraved roller along with precisely adjusted scarping blade make sure the adhesive applied evenly onto the material surface.

3.    A layer of Teflon coated on the surface of the heating drum to keep it clean, preventing the material from getting contaminated.

4.    High-efficient heating rods in the heating drum can heating the drum to 200 degrees in a short time, greatly accelerate the evaporation procedure of solvent, improving the adhesion performance.

5.    High technology gas heating device can be equipped to greatly reduce the electric consumption.

6.    Equipped with advanced infrared edge alignment devices to keep the materials in line.

7.    User-friendly operation system is designed to make it easy to handle this machine.

8.   Automatic selvedge trimmer will be installed. If required, automatic edge waste removing device can be added. 

9.    Length measuring device and rewinding device are installed on the machine.
