Introduction of Cotton Fiber opening machine
Opening machine is used for two-dimensional three-dimensional screw cotton, PP cotton, doll cotton, ordinary hollow cotton to disperse evenly and fluffy, as long as one-time loosening, suitable for toy factories, sofa factories, bedding factories, home textile and garment factories; it can also loosen old wool, woolen sweaters, old quilts and so on. Opening cotton: loosen the compacted raw cotton into smaller blocks or bundles to facilitate the smooth mixing and impurity removal; clear cotton: remove most impurities, defects in raw cotton and short fibers unsuitable for spinning; mix cotton: mix raw cotton of different components fully and evenly to facilitate the stability of cotton yarn quality; A cotton roll with certain weight, length, uniform thickness and good shape is formed.
Feature of Cotton Fiber opening machine
1 > The raw cotton is combed and loosened up to ten thousand times by rotating and occluding large and small rollers at low speed without damaging the raw cotton.
2 > Automatic cotton feeding device, safe and simple operation, long continuous operation time, low maintenance rate;
3 > Seamless steel tube main roller, plus several small rollers combined operation, slotting and winding imported special rack, the main roller has done high-speed electronic dynamic balance processing, the left and right error is only 0.1-1 g, to ensure that the machine runs more smoothly and vibration-free, and the overall service life of the machine is longer, maintenance costs are lower.
