Established in 1997, Emay Luggage Factory started as a family-owned small workshop in Dongguan, China, and has been focusing on luggage manufacture ever since. In its 20-year history, it has developed 3 product lines including Hard Luggage, Fabric Luggage and Bags, and expanded into a sizable luggage factory which earned a good reputation among its overseas customers with quality products and close follow-up services after shipment. 

In 2010, Emay sensed the rapid growth of hard luggage market, after a thorough consideration, it made a resolute decision by putting all its resource into hard luggage production, and started to fade out from soft luggage and bags markets. With the upgraded equipment and sophisticated quality control, the product quality has seen a big upgrade. Fortunately, the market responded with a great success, the bold decision finally paid off.

In 2013, Emay decided to built up its own production lines of wheels and trolley tubes. Although the investment is hardly bearable, but the benefit from this vertical integration of supply chain is obvious, Emay and its customers no longer need to worry about wheel and trolley quality anymore.

Now, Emay luggage owns a group of loyal customers from 30 countries and regions including Europe, USA, Australia, Korea. Its products are known for its quality and trendy designs. 1.Our Unique,advaced core technology,imported raw material and our own unique formulation make the ABS sheet much better than other competitors ,the shell is much more flexible ,shatter and impact resistant.

2.Another advantage which makes it outstanding is the thickness,respectively, the 20" is 2.6mm,24" is 2.8mm and 2.8" is 3.0mm,while a lot of domestic competitors make them 2.2mm,2.4mm,2.8mm or even less.

Aluminum trolley

1.the pipe is made of well chosen and highly purified aluminum material,the thickness of which is 0.8mm,whereas,lots of other suppliers make it 0.6mm or even thinner.

2.Fresh material(not recycled) and Exquisite workmanship make the plastic part of the trolley much nicer and more comfortable and durable.

Spinner Wheels

1.Newest designed wheels,which are made all by ourselvesin our own factory,which makes the quality easier to control.On

Lining and inside structure
1.210D high density lining,much denser, thicker,softer and more comfortable than the ordinary 210D lining,which will be never with drawn yard . Moreover,coated with the sponge,it is much more tear resistant.
2.Much thicker X-shape elastic belt and stronger buckle makes the suitcase much more  exceptional.
