Product Description:
The dry ready mix plaster machine (SX30) is designed for the application of any type dry ready-mixed mortar based on cement,gypsum and insulating mortar, it is a kind of machine with self-suck water device,mini compressor and rotor devices integrated, The machine consists of portable units,permitting easy and comfortable transport due to their small and handy dimensions and low the materials are just mixed by the machine automatically and it can supply water automatically,it operates very easy.
The wet mix plaster machine (SPT30) is suitable for spraying the wet ready-mixed motar, and their materials can also be the mixed cement ,sand and water or other available mortas that can be stired. No mater which of the material you use, you should mix them with water in advance .This kind machine also consists of portable units,and the material is sprayed out constinuously and evenly. but because of its special spares, the cost of the later maintenance will be a little higher.
The hose pump plaster machine (SHT38) is working by hose pump,its material just the same as SPT30. And it not only can be used for plastering but also for long distance pumping. Also compared with the wet mix plaster machine,the cost of the later maintenance is lower,but the continuity of the material pumped and sprayed out are not as well as the wet mix plaster machine(SPT30) .
If your material is the ready- mixed mortar, you can choose any kind of the three,
If you want use the cement and sand , you can choose the wet mix (SPT30) and hose pump plaster machine(SHT38).
Or you want to use it both for plastering and long distace pumping, you can choice the hose pump plaster machine(SHT38).
