Equipment description: 1, vibrating feeder: all stainless steel production. The filter screen is installed on the upper part of the hopper, and the raisin is evenly sieved by two vibration motors. If there is agglomeration, it will be opened and leaked. When the feed is adjusted, the speed of the motor can be adjusted to adjust the feeding speed, the power is 1KW, and the output is 0.5-1.5T/ H. Features: uniform feeding and adjustable speed.
2, washing machine: working principle through the strong water flow raisins into the pipeline, and then into the sand and gravel separation cleaner for cleaning and separation, sand, stone, iron and other debris, the sand is discharged into the filter tray through the stone tube, The raisins enter the floating cleaner, and the floating objects overflow from the floating tank into the filter tray, and the raisins enter the next stage. After five levels of cleaning, enter the spray feeder. Features: water temperature control, low temperature antifreeze, fast cleaning, clean, no leakage of raisins, no damage. The power is 12KW.
3. Spraying feeder: The function is to feed the water remover, and the 4 sets of clean water spray pipe are matched during the feeding process to ensure that the raisins entering the water remover are very clean. The power is 1.5KW.
4. Water removal machine: The raisins are squeezed up and down by a special soft water-absorbing rubber roller of 4 grades, and the surface of the raisins and the internal moisture of the wrinkles are fully absorbed, and then the water is squeezed out by an extrusion device. Features: Compared with other forms of dryers, the water is completely absorbed, the raisins are not damaged, and the materials are continuously fed and discharged. The power is 2.2KW.
5, water removal machine: the role of the raisins from the bottom of the water remover to the dryer, the power of 0.75KW. At this point, the time from the feeding of the washing machine to the delivery to the dryer is about 50 seconds.
6. Fast drying machine: This machine adopts imported high-pressure constant temperature air pump to enter the air. This air pump generates a large amount of heat energy by itself. It does not need to add heat source, and it is energy efficient. It uses 20-30 air knife to dry, and the residual air uses axial flow fan. Cycle, make full use of heat energy, can dry the skin moisture within 3-4 minutes to keep the color of the product unchanged.
