1  Q:  Are you a factory or trading company? 
    A: We are factory with qualification of independent international trading

2. Q: Where is your factory and how can we go? 
    A: Our factory is in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, not far from Shanghai and Nanjing.
   You can come by Train to Zhenjiang or Yangzhou City , or by airport to Yang Tai Airport,we can pick you up there.

3. Q:  What is goods lead time? 
   A:  Usually we finish the orders in 35days. But it will take a little longer if with heavy burden of production task. It also takes time if we need to open many molds for your order.. 

4. Q:  How can I get some samples? 
   A:  We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, small samples are free for you, large samples are experted to pay,this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order. 

5 .Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
   A: Quality is priority! Every worker and QC keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end: 
   a. All raw material we used are passed the strength test. 
   b. Skillful workers care every detail in sewing, printing, stitching, packing process; 
   c. Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process. 

6. Q: Can your factory print my logo on the goods? 
   A: Yes, we can print the company logo on the goods or their packing box.
   We usually produce goods based on customer's samples or based on customers' picture, logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers
