Main Features

⑴ Base, sliding block, working bench, vertical column, spindle box and other main basic parts adopt HT250 cast iron.

⑵The guide rail of X, Z, Y axis are linear guide rail, fast speed, eliminate intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, low temperature rise.

⑶ Z axis matched with counterweight to keep balance, which ensure the spindle box running smoothly and stable.

⑷The feed of X, Y, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ball screw with double nut so it is of high feed speed.

⑸The spindle unit is high speed, high accuracy, high rigidity, with large load carrying capacity of axial and radial.

⑹Guide rail and ball screw of X, Y, Z direction are all use protection device to ensure that the screw and the guide is clean and accurate.
