BK5030 Promotion activities vertical cnc slotting machine is a new product designed and developed by our company.This machine tool has the function of cutting plane, forming surface and keyway.The machine adopts the famous and superior numerical control system at home and abroad to realize full screen editing of Chinese characters.The main transmission is a crank and crank mechanism, and the servo motor drives large torque through deceleration. X and Y feed are servo control to realize stepless speed regulation function, X to ball screw is directly connected with the motor, Y to ball screw is transmitted with the motor through synchronous belt.
1. BK5030 Promotion activities vertical cnc slotting machine rotary table is controlled by knd1000m-c numerical control system.Equipped with external hand wheel.
2. The transmission mode is synchronous belt transmission with low noise and high transmission power.
3. The main motor is the servo motor.
4. The Y-axis screw nut type is preloaded with double nuts.
5. The vertical degree of Z direction and Y axis is no more than 0.02mm.
6. Optional TK13250 CNC rotary table is available
