The Swiss type lathe machine with processing technology of the AK164 numerically-controlled longitudinal cutting lathe originates from Switzerland, which is famous for its precision machine tools.It is an integrated product, especially suitable for precision and efficient machining of slender shaft parts.Due to high speed precision synchronous guide sleeve, can of cold drawn rod and polished bar on the continuous, automatic cycle of blanking processing, capable to cylindrical shaft parts, drilling, boring, cutting the endface, thread, slot, cutting, such as tapping process.
1.AK164 Swiss type lathe machine with processing Arrangement of tooling:13 fixed tools and 9 live tools among 22 tools can handle complex processing.
2.Fanuc system: Stability self diagnostician(chucking,ejector, oil cooling,cut, tool breakdown).
3.Front end tool:5 fixed tools in front end tool, 4 live tools in cross drill,6 fixed tools in bite tool.
4.Back-end fixed tool:1 fixed tool and 3 live tools.
