This lathe is a conventional one with gap, the available width inside which is 210mm, therefore, the maximum swing diameter of this lathe is 630mm. Lathes of this kind are suitable for fuming intemal, external and cylindrical surfaces as well as other rotary surfaces. They can be used for turning different metric, whitworth, module and diametral threads and can also be used for performing reaming and broaching oil grooves etc.
