1. Characteristics & Applications
Machines are suitable for drilling and tapping plumbing fittings,hardware,sanitary ware,auto parts which gravity model casting with brass,zinc,aluminium,steel,iron ore and alloy,ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal.
1.Applicable for processing parts of large batch, one-off drilling and threading extending high efficiency.
2.Both the left and right workbench adopt cylinder for minimal vibration.
3.Clamp system uses cylinder to hold the mould for fast fixing.
4.Slider system adopts guide way ultrasonic frequency quenching and lubrication system for better capability.
5.Manually oil injector, manually feeding lubricating oil before and after the processing can maintain the machine in good function.
6.Tapping main shaft performs self-acting feed by leading screw so as to realize tapping and ensure its feeding stability.

5. Main Function Features Of Machinery
1. Belt driving, low noisy.
2. Suitable for drilling and tapping hardware applications, sanitary industry, and small bent pipe.
3. The spindle can assemble the rubber, cloth, hemp, and sand wheel and sang belt of diameter ≤ 350 mm, breadth ≤ 75 mm .
4. Spindle feeding can be not only automatically but manually, change and operation easily.
5. Auto feeding can use fixed distance operation,it will go back to the start place automatically.
