YALITA450 SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE
MATERIAL AND MECHANICAL STRUCTURE
The main casting parts, such as base,cradle,worktable,column are made of FC30 amd FCD35 material. It is a high strength and wear resistant cast irom. Together with super strength reinforcing ribs inside the parts, enforcing tempering for relieving stress, no any deform occurs in the parts so that high mechanical precision is guaranted.
HIGH STRENGTH COLUMN
With oversize H shaped steel structurem,featured with high rigidity, wide span slide rails, and precise processing and grinding on rails, the spindle does not vibrate and the peicison of the final products can be guaranteed.
HIGH PRECISE SPINDLE
V3 level motor and spindle are designed as an integral assembly. Spindle is made of SCM-21.
After primary hardening and tempering and primary processing, the spindle undergoes high frequency hardening treatment. After prcise grinding, the spindle is equipped Euro series ultra precise P4 level bevel ball/ roller bearings. Spindle end play is lower than 0.002mm. plus the sealing type greasing used, and the features of long service life, high torque resistance, the spindle is fit for high precise shaping grinding.
Automatic lubrication system
Electromagnetic pump is used to pump constantly the lubricating grease on all side rails, and up and down and back and forth screw rods. So as to improve wear resistance.
